Since taking over the keys to the beautiful Foley's Fish, Steak & Chophouse, we have enjoyed getting to know the wonderful staff and exceptional guests.
“Foley's probably one of the most beautiful restaurants from Omaha to Minneapolis,” he said. “To have that in your portfolio is like a dream team with those restaurants.”
It's hard to believe that it was only a little over a month ago we invested in continuing the tradition of great food, comfortable cocktails, and memorable service – in well-appointed surroundings – within our hometown of Sioux Falls.
“I’ve always been a firm believer that if you don’t ask you’ll never know,” Ken Bashore said. “We’ve worked on this for a long time.”
That's how the dream started. After working the brand for many years, and living the level of hospitality and success, we started thinking about the possibility of owning that dream.
