Hospitality is a word with special meaning to Tim. Being a take-charge front of house guy, Tim has always made the guest feel special and appreciated. Meagher began his Minervas career in Aberdeen and has worked as a regional director for Minervas for several years.

Ken Bashore treats his restaurants as though they were his home – and he probably spends more of his time in them. From welcoming guests to insisting on the highest standards for quality, Ken is a 20-year hospitality industry veteran. Ken believes in building solid relationships – with business partners, employees and guests – as he delivers a first-class dining experience.

Michael Gjernes provides exceptional finance oversight and direction to Vanguard Hospitality. Focusing on asset allocation, risk management, and diversification Vanguard is always looking for the right opportunities. An Aberdeen native, he is a graduate of Presentation College where he studied management and finance.
